Producer-distributor Sai Korrapati has mastered the art of his business in no time. He has got knack on all the major sectors in production business and hence he is revered as astute business man.
The latest in film circles is that Sai reportedly gave a bumper offer to local exhibitors in his region that he'd also give Baahubali 2 if they screen Gautamiputra Satakarni in as many theatres. This is definitely a lucrative offer that no one would like to miss. Since Sai is close to both � and Rajamouli, exhibitors too are very keen to showcase these two biggies. While Balayya's historic epic directed by Krish would hit the screens for Sankranthi, Baahubali 2 is for Summer release. Both these are the top seasons for Tollywood Box Office and exhibitors too make good money during the season. Taking this into consideration, Sai is ensuring that these two films would get maximum number of screens.
Sai is releasing Gautamiputra in Ceded, Vizag. In East Godavari he is releasing the film in association with Suresh Babu on 50-50 basis. And in all these areas, he said to be entering into an unofficial arrangement with the exhibitors to screen Baahubali 2 provided GPSK is screened.
And this is a masterstroke from Sai and the makers of GPSK. Since the film is clashing with the release of Chiru's Khaidi No. 150, Sai's move is a killer move.
